The Upper Canada Trading Company is based in Kitchener Ontario and creates beautiful handcrafted food. Our most popular product is a classic Tourtiere made from the freshest local ingredients we can source. Beef, pork, lamb and venison combined with selected aromatic vegetables and a secret blend of spices make for an unique and delicious culinary experience. Our recipe features a savory butter short crust pastry, and is lard free. A gluten free crust is also available for a nominal charge.
UCTC has no storefront. We've created an easy to use online store. We hand deliver our pies locally for a nominal fee.
There are three easy steps. First order our classic or jerk tourtiere or our classic gluten free pie. Second pay with credit card or e transfer. Finally give us an address to deliver to.
Pies and are available from December 15th through Christmas Eve, fresh or frozen. Delivery is available in the KW region.
If it's easier we'll deliver your pie right up until Christmas Eve just in time for Midnight Mass.
